Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees generally meets at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held in the Board Room and are open to the public. Board members are elected for six-year terms in consolidated April elections.

Employment
Glenside Library staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about assisting our community. We love our jobs so openings are few and far between. That said, if we do have a position available, we will post it to this page and the RAILS Jobs Board.

Friends of the Library
Founded in 1986, Friends of the Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds to provide gifts (programs, workshops, giveaways, equipment, and artwork) for Glenside Library.
History
Without all the staff members, trustees and volunteers the library could not have grown to the beautiful building and grounds we occupy today.
Location & Hours
We are located near the corner of President and Fullerton at 25 E Fullerton Ave, Glendale Heights, IL 60139. We welcome you with an ample well-lit parking lot. You will find an outside book drop to use at your convenience or for when we are closed.

Teen Advisory Board
Join the Teen Advisory Board! Get volunteer hours through monthly meetings, reviewing new (and upcoming) books, and/or helping out with library programs.
Volunteer
Volunteering at your library is a great way to build your skills and give back to the community. If you can spare an hour or more on a weekly basis, we would love to add you to our team!
